Yes it is, its the Tahoe Keys pier. There's a bunch of condos around it.

My 28' has seats facing each other in the cabin and I just made one seat shorter than the other and have a spot where the ice chest drops in and does not move. Its nice because iits out of the way.

My last boat with the 496ho was a 26' Eagle. My 28' Daytona has twin 525's and I have never measured in miles how far it goes... usually I measure it in minutes...lol

Welcome to the family...its a good family to be in. I also have a 28 Daytona and can only say great things about it. I had a 496 HO in my last boat and once those things are broken in you can run...

I am running 525's with 2" sportmaster shorties, 32p 5 blade props with no boxes, and a center trim tab. The trim tab is key because without it I seriously doubt I could get on plane. I was running...

It also doubles as a cook top/stove in the summer... just imagine being able to cook bacon and eggs on your boat.
