GM 502 and a Merc 502 are two different animals altogther.Boat motors are designed to pull harder at higher and constant RPM's.If you can give us your cam specs I can tell you what ya got.

Still want a 22' Scarab that's close to Colorado.Preferably would like a 496HO or 502.Anyone aware of one near me?

All you need to do is stick a clothes hanger in the block holes and probe around.Be sure to push the hanger far enough up in the block to flush ALL the slit out.Dont be worried about sticking the...
