Going from the 14.25 x 21 aluminum 3 blade to 15.25x19 stainless 3 blade is going to be about a wash RPM-wise. You may lose around 100 rpm.

I don't think you will notice much difference on a stock 350.

Not to open a can of worms, but mathematically, on it's best day, a stock 350 only moves 506 cfm of air at 5000 rpm, assuming 100%...

This may sound dumb, but the solid hub I have has 4 strips of rubber. Is it possible the little rubber strips are missing giving you the slop you are mentioning in the turbo prop?
