1992 Cobalt 243 Condurre 4100# dry weight w/ a ‘06 (crate) 502ho Bravo1 1.50 ratio...450ish hp. Running pretty damn good after 4years of solving PO issues. Lake elevation is 2128’.

Does someone build a 3” cooler that is still based on the inlet/outlet fitting locations of the various stock Mercruiser coolers? Mine in particular is the 85152-T 17.5” long. Thank you

Thunderbolt iv ignition sensor ground wire connection point.

Replacing a 28 year old Thunderbolt IV ignition sensor assembly that was 2-wire + a 3rd ground wire that was connected between the bottom of the sensor mounting screw and the TB iv module bracket...
