I rode in your boat 2.5 years ago and same results you're getting now... My guess would be the motors need to be gone threw and re-built. I dont think that boat got the attention it deserved over...

I know a guy with a Magnum that cut his floor out. He has a sport as well. He has the original blue prints from magnum on how to do it excatly, not many sports had the floor cut out that I know of...
