Mine is also completely useless over 15 MPH on my rage. I dont get any depth readings at all at higher speeds. Nordic said that it is due to the stepped haul design.

I would bet you will need to run a Bravo 24 pitch. My rage with a merc 525 1.5 gears only spins my Bravo 26 at 4800 RPM at an elevation 4900.
