Ok thanks guys am I correct on the torque spec? The transom is very well sealed (now anyhow). All bolt holes have been sealed as well.

Just saw that if you do the 3" boxes you have to raise the motors. So that is not going to happen. Probably better off just putting the transom assemblies back on and going with different drives.
