Take off one of the nuts off of the cylinder ram pin and pull out the pin, then you can lift the drive, then secure it with rope to a eyelet or a cleat

51 knots is only 58 mph and assuming it has 1.5 gearing, it should be able to pull in the low 5k rpm range with that prop, I’d say there’s an engine performance issue
