Re: ProMax 300 Harness Assy

You sure can help me out - when it's a little warmer (next day or 2) I will measure my harness and order. My e-mail is [email protected] I'm thinking the 10' is what I have now.

Thanks! TJ

Re: 27' Magnum Weight & C / G ???

I dont know much about your boat but determining a rough CG is easy. If you trailer your boat and it tows nicely the CG is about 18" infront of the front tires.

Re: Winterizing Question

No reason to take them off. They will be fine. Just dont leave your boat in a lift over salt water for the winter because it will corrode everything.

Re: Digital Tach or not

I think somone makes a tach with an analog pointer and a digital readout below it. I run twins and prefer the analog because I can compare at a glance. Yes digital is more accurate but when the...

Smoking Outboards

When I start my ProMax 300's they smoke alot - more than any outboard I have ever owned. They are oil injected 1999's. Once they warm up they smoke less but still more than I think normal. Is this...

Believe it or not I found cloth, matt, and resin in the auto department at WalMart. If you dont need a large quantity their prices are pretty decent.
