Funny story, you turned me on to the Rapidfire plugs about 10 years ago. When they changed them I bought about 4 sets of the old style.

Another spark plug post

I am out of my stockpile of OLD STYLE AC Rapidfire #1 plugs. Looking for a new plug to use. What are you guys using? BBC 489, 500HP with cast iron heads 8.9 to 1 compression Fuel injected.

I switched out the R and L hose from the Helm to the Tee fitting with 2500 psi lines. Cycled it right and left several times and held it in the lock position for several seconds. No hose issues....

OK, here is what I did. I used -6 AN lines for the R & L and return line. Used PTFE from the pump to the Char-Lynn. So far so good, worked fine on the hose. Going to test this weekend.

I started this post several years ago. A ton of good information was shared. I still have the same boat and thinking of installing 12" extension box and raising it up 3" for a 2" propshaft depth....

I raised mine up from 8" to 5" and gained about 3MPH by rebuilding the transom. Was thinking about setting back 12" and raising another 2 or 3" keeping the standard bravo. Just looking for a few more...

He's running teage xr drives with bravo 4 blade props. So the drives should not be strait? Props are rotating in, so the drives should be toed out. Is it like a car meaning props are closer together.

I use the canton racing adapter. less restrictive. Like was said either plug it or use the 30 psi valve.
