I agree with Ray on this one. I deal with alot of Refineries, and it sure is funny how they do their shutdowns for weeks at a time for maintenance in the summer season, peak time for consumption....

WOW, that really sucks! I would have paid a couple of hundred bucks on a local surveyor near the boat and have them check it out, but that's just me.
