Transoms even on the Fastech are wood, but the composite stinger grid supposedly didn't show up until the Fastech boats.... meaning... there's wood under the deck...

Love it! I wish the SR1s retained the old dash. Easier to layout what's needed on a performance boat. Formula has always been stingy with their dash real estate/gauges.

Nice thinking on the fuel...

Id just forget it and run thru-hull. If too noisy, a set of mufflers will make it manageable. Or use the turndowns like AllDodge recommended (a great idea).
