arnesons the only way to go buy once and never have to mess with it again. they make a bravo conversion kit so you can keep the motor in the same place the trans fits in the housing its a great setup.

you dont have to pull the motor to change the gimbal ring you can access it through the two plugs. get a manual for bravo's you should be able to get one at your local auto parts store for around 30...

yes twins will be tight but twins is much easier when it comes to docking and if your out and break something you can still get back home on the other engine your fuel wont be much more if not less...

its not the hardest thing to do you need a access kit they run around $12 bucks if i remember correct it will tell you the size of the holesaw i think it 11/8" then you need the gimbal and the shaft...
