When I went to the factory years ago, I saw several Rough riders and the Maximus with some cool rectangular plates that surrounded the exhaust tails. They wrapped up onto the deck a bit on the 44'...

IMHO, you need to talk to the boat manufacturer. They most likely have the data you need or can get you into the ballpark so you can proceed with your own R&D.
