Pro Charger doesn't want you to run a thermostat, the M4 cooler isn't the best. If your drive has a low water pick up similar to the Imco you can extend the opening to get more water to the motor.

Looks like a modified M4 cooler, small hose feeding it, I would put water to it from the sea water pump, it will still reach 150 or so degrees after a mile at or near wide open throttle.

I don't know anything about the factory fuel system, I can't see how you would have any pressure at the rail with that set up. Normally you see the regulator at the end of the rail to build pressure...

Just an opinion, if that cam is in the motor straight up, your peak HP is around 6000 plus rpm, and the 14 degree split probably isn't helping either.
