Seems like a dumb question, but has any one ever had a boat insurance which required a "Flood Insurance" adder for the policy ?

It did come from Long Island.

Spent the first year rerigging it after every thing fell apart in the engine compartment. But...

Tough to say, did some horse trading for current owners (and previously tiz bad's) old 38 Scarab. Which may be GlassDave's if he ever sells something so he can buy it.

That's my old cig.

It is in very nice shape and runs great.
