If it's mounted in the cuddy, I'd recommend the Sony MEX-XB100BT. The class d amplifier built into the head unit is far more powerful than most anything around and will give good power to speakers...

Resurrecting this old thread. Currently running a 23 pitch Rev 4 on my 98 Scarab 29 with single 502.

It handles well and planes fine but is slower than a mirage+ 23.

A Rev 4 22 pitch might work...

I'd put DC Gold up against either JL Audio or Wet Sounds. They have a bit brighter sound. Very loud and I like them for their durability. They are waterproof.
