I have no answers to your original question, but almost everyone that I know of who set the DUI recommended .055 had issues and went back to something more reasonable with good results.

Any decent welder can add an O2 bung to those, or better yet send them back to CMI and they’ll do it for you, and then install a wideband. It’ll save you years of grief and highly likely an engine.

It takes at least 50hp to notice any significant difference and you may lose some valuable low end. You’ll be money and time ahead finding a complete 502mag and refreshing it.

You can drop 10ply tires down pretty low when unloaded.

I can’t speak for the HD trucks, but if I put 5 to 10 pounds of air in the airbags it rides a lot nicer. Seems to get the rear up off the springs and rides on the cushion of air.
