Sunsation and other brands have/had warning labels about running at speeds of 30 or under (IIRC) with people in the bow.
I wouldn't say it's a terrible idea, if it's going to allow YOU to enjoy...

Double up with StaBil treatment for winter lay up.

Never trust that the fuel you get is actually ethanol free. I found that out the hard way.

I would do it. My GF has a vintage camper that has Line-X on the roof in silver, and it looks GREAT. If I ever have to redo the roof of a trailer, that's what's going on there in it's place.
