I'd contact IMCO. I think you can use the PS pump you have just rub different lines to the new system. If not they can advise you as to what you would need to do.

The wiring is there, probably under the carpet in the cabinet under the galley sink. Some have them in the head under the sink. Just need to hook wires to the breaker and T in the water lines

I've had number of 42's and currently have a 45. Cabins depending on year (layout design) are the same. Cockpits are similar also with varying layouts. I prefer the 45 but wish it was a twin...

That's a decent boat but not set up real well. A couple friends went to look and test drive it I think a few years ago. Almost has a wrong x dimension set up. Very deep drive settings

The 358 is a little more to handle than the 386. Cabins are the same difference is in the cockpit. Personally not a big fan of the 358.
