2011 EAST COAST SHOP TOURS by Sharkey-Images
PHOTOS to come.
I am currently on a tour along the East Coast making various stops at various shops. I think many will be surprised just how busy some of these shops are .... It's not what it used to be, but to pull up in front of a plant with a parking lot for employees vehicles maxed out, sure looked good going in... In this economy, I was very suprised.... Stayed tuned as I wrap up this tour next week...:drink: |
Were east coast!

Not any time to post at the moment but the 1st stop on the tour was Powerboat P1 USA headquarters in Greenville, NC.
Martin is making great progress with his One Design Series. Today will wrap up the Shop Tours.
It has been one heck of an experience to say the least to be able to go into many of the shops I visited. A list of companies I photographed on this tour: Fountain Powerboats Powerboat P1 USA Mystic Powerboats Frisini Motorsports AMF Rigging "Home of Miss Geico" Latham Marine Lip Ship TnT Extreme Marine Nor-Tech Service Facility Nor-Tech Manufacturing Facility Potter Performance Engines Kinetic Animation Statement Powerboats RF Powerboats Yesterday I spent a great deal of time with Reggie Fountain and shot his facilities. Today, he and I will cover a bit more ground before I need to head back to NJ to prepare for the NJPPC Poker Run Friday morning. I look forward to sharing the images of this adventure. I believe by the time I get back to NJ I will have driven approximately 3,000 miles. With all of the history I was able to capture with my camera, it was so worth it ...... :drink: Stay tuned. Images to come soon! |
Great. Looking forward to the photos

In addition to your pictures, what did you and Reggie Fountain talk about? I would think that would have been a very informative conversation (just a guess by me).
