Shop Tour: LIP SHIP PERFORMANCE
All you CIGARETTE owners and Offshore Fans, if you have never been to Phil's Lip-Ship Performance , it is certainly an item to put on your bucket list ! I am sure glad I had the opportunity to spend some time with Phil discussing the 'Good Old Days" of racing !
Phil's office is like an Offshore Museum. That goes for the shop as well ! I remember wayyyyyyyyyy Back when when Phil drove a truck and Hauled boats for Ron Doller. It was back then his interests turned mainly to the Cigs and he got in to customizing them. He does some Awesome Friggin work, his attention to details is not surpassed by anyone.
