Yes, It is an 01 with the mag motor, purple, black and yellow splash graphics. He bent a push rod last year and Baja put a new motor in it. Can't have more than twenty hours on the motor and the boat might have sixty hours on it. I don't know what he wants for it but I will ask.

What motor is that? That year they put 496s in them but that doesn't look like a 496. Nice!!

bikinilover:

I'm assuming you're asking me. If so, it's a HP500 w/ M-3 Procharger and intercooler.

I'm still playing with it and learning; it's way more than I've ever had before. Runs pretty strong. My main concern is that I have to baby the throttle to keep from twisting the XR drive off.

I had some hull problems and other small stuff but baja is supposedly taking care of it. I had a thread about I think in like october Called " Major problems with my 302" or something like that. I'll try to find it in the archives and get back to you.

Here is my brand new (2003) Outlaw 20. It has a Mag350 in it. Still haven't gotten it wet yet. Heck, I haven't even taken pictures of it in my yard yet. This is a dealer photo.

Pointerman,

Damn! That is a kick azz looking boat. Man that is sweet. What kind of speed difference are you looking at with the 350 as opposed to the 305 that most of them have.

My new toy 04' 25 Outlaw with 496 HO. Pic is New Year's day at the marina loading all the gear. Not the best picture but I haven't had the chance to take another one since then.

They tell me it should do over 70, but you know how sales people are. I can't wait to get it on the water to test it out. Boat was built with several non-standard options out of the factory the motor being the most important of them all. It was supposedly made for an execs. retirement or something along those lines. I had planned on buying something else until I came across this boat with the 350 in it.

P-man,
What else where you looking at? I like the looks of the 20OL, but beyond that I'm not a huge fan. But I have to say, I'd own that boat. The colors are amazing!

I also looked at the Vindicator 19 by VIP boats. I was looking for a boat that can handle some slightly rough channel water on my local river, but something small enough to fit nicely in my garage and still allow me to fit our Envoy in the garage. The VIP guys will pretty much do what ever you want with power options, but their gel coat kind of sucks.
