Talked to the guy on the phone. They were seized and then put into active patrol duty and left in the water.

Engines in the auction are the engines that they took out of them.

Do ya think the engines are out because they trashed em?

I don't know, but they are not very big engines to be chasing someone around.

The pics make the boats look pretty clean though.

I would as well. That's why I would suspect there was something wrong with the engines! Like said before! Won't be chasing drugrunners but can blow em up tryin! Ya ever known the government to try to maximize on anything?

I flew down to Miami and looked at a x gov 42 Fountain. did not know it was a Gov boat, It had been ran very hard and put up wet. Getting the bottom paint off is a project of its own.....who knows what the glass looks like underneath
