Why can't I post new threads in boats for sale section?

What the hell? I pay money to be a member of this POS board and I can't even post in the boats for sale section? WTF???

At the entrance to the Bulletin Board Classifieds section is the following wording:

You must be a Charter or Platinum Member to start new threads. See OSO Store to Purchase!

By the way, the formal Classifieds section gets a lot more traffic on a daily basis than the Bulletin Board Classifieds.
