Does anybody know of some Wisconsin area fiberglass suppliers? I'm looking for a supplier in the Chicago, Milwaukee, Green Bay area that will have 18oz bi-axial cloth, tape, resin and scored foam core sheets in stock. Searching on-line only turned up Seifert's in Green Bay. Has anybody ever dealt with them?

I figured the smaller items like the glass and resin could be ordered. But I need some coring sheets and that will be quite expensive to ship. Any place that will have the coring will also have the resin and stuff...

I've got one!
Midwest Fiberglass in Villa Park, IL
(630) 543-4142
They make fiberglass mannequins but also sell the supplies for SUPER low prices.
Here's the website:
http://www.mannequinco.com/
You have to dig around on the site to find material (resin ,balsa core, cloth, mat, etc.)
Here's the link for that:

Good Luck,

Nope. I don't have a rear hatch for my boat and that missing item seems to be a pretty major point for most of the potential buyers. So, I was figuring on building a new hatch cover.

Cord,
Here's something that might help.
It says it can be used to build hatches among other things.
It's available at West Marine suppliers. Don't know if this
fits your needs or not.

Starboard is actually quite heavy, and over long lengths it flexes quite a bit... and the swim platform a friend of mine made warped quite a bit in the direct sunlight. I'd go with something lighter Tim..

As I recall, the stuff is also ungodly expensive and very slippery too...
