Default Don't Buy New Dock Lines

I Washed My Old Hard And Dirty Dock Lines. They Look And Feel Like New. Just Wash Them With Some Clothes And Use A Little Extra Fabric Softener. THEN THROW THEM IN THE DRYER WITH THE CLOTHES

Better to let them air dry or else your 25 foot lines will end up at about 22 foot. But the fabric softener works well.

Thanks - good timing. I just noticed how mine are getting stiff.

I do this periodically except I've never done them with the laundry ..... even with just the dock/anchor lines it looks like an explosion in a spaghetti factory at the end of the cycle.
Use only liquid detergent... I always air dry mine too ..

Martha ..or is it Helouise..... signing out

Notice to mariners......don't try doing 200 foot anchor lines this way. It took me 3 hours to untie all the nots in that sucker
