I'm looking at buying a 2003 daytona with a stock 525. What speeds can I expect and what upgrades do you recommend. Ideas anyone? prop?

2003 26 foot daytona. 525 efi with 40 hours. bravo xz with ITS. it has a 26 bravo 4 blade prop now.

yo will be luck to see 65-70 tops out of that motor

75 to 80 mph!!!

I was hoping to see 85, 86 mph. What upgrades is there ? It is still under 1 year warranty so I don't want to go into the blue motor yet. What prop do you suggest? What do you think of the ITS system?

I'd say 80-82 mph and go with a 5 blade prop like the p5x.

What pitch prop would you try? It came from eliminator with a 26 bravo.

26 Bravo=25 p5x possibly a 26 p5x.
