Default Licensing requirements??????

Okay,

30 states now require boating safety courses for licensing on waterways. The FL requirement satisfies both the FL requirement and the USCG requirement.

However, nowhere can I find a definite, written in stone requirement forlicensing for CPT requirements.

I know if you're commercial, it requires a CPT's license. But I can't find a length or tonnage requirement.

The FL boat classes list out to 65' which I'm assuming becomes a natural lenght limitation for recreational boating, but I can't find anything that spells it out.

Anyone know what the deal is?

Is there a limit to recreation craft size? If so, how long or heavy?

Thanks
