Tented supercharger manifold

Tented supercharger manifold
Does anybody have any test results showing the benefit of a roots type supercharger intake manifold with a tented floor?
The BDS manifold has a tented floor and the Weiand manifold has a flat floor.
I DO understand WHY the tented manifold would be better; Less dead space in the plenum, more direct flow, etc.
I was just looking for an apples to aples comparison showing the benefit in HP and Torque.
If you must know, its for my car I'm going with an 8-71, but where else would you find so many builders that have done so much with blown big block Chevys?
