47' Pantera??

47' Pantera??
I was looking around the web this morning and came across an ad for a 1995 47' Pantera (www.inlandautoandboat.com) it is on the 2nd page of the offshore boat section. I saw this boat a few years ago at a poker run and remember thinking that I had never seen or heard of Pantera building a 47' boat. Does anyone know anything about this boat? Is it really a one off Pantera ? is it a fraud? or is it just a model name from some other boat manufacturer? I have been around alot of boats in my life and cant ever remember seeing anything that resembles this. I was hoping some on on this forum may know anthing about it. The price doesnt seem to bad but its a little too big for me! Thanks.
