I don't know exactly...

Stopping short
A truck rear-ends a vehicle in front of it on Federal Highway in Fort Lauderdale causing the boat to slide of its trailer and onto the truck.

The front of the truck was damaged too, he either rear ended someone, or got hit head on...thats sucks...
