It's legal at LOTO.....that's why the water stinks, it's the color brown and everyone there looks sick with disease.

The pic in post #9 reminds me of the time four guys I used to work with went fishing offshore in a 14' wooden rowboat w/engine. They had taken a couple cases of beer with them and wound up well lubricated. As they attempted to re-enter Manasquan Inlet two of them decided to stand up to take a leak. The whole thing swamped and flipped right in the inlet.
Talk about Darwin Awards.
