CMI Tailpipes How much$$Used
#1
What would two sets of CMI tailpipes, (standard bravo) be worth, if I were to sell them? Polished E-tops.2002's
Will these be easy to sell???
I need to have customs ones made. Just trying to justify the cost of the CMI's

The tailpipes are off a Mercury 575, 2002 model, they are the factory pipes and are stock bravo outlet positions, so to what I understand that the new E-tops with the collar will bolt right up to these???? Tell me if I am right, if so I would sell both of the sets of tailpipes for $700.00, enough to do two motors. That would cut the price in over half to what I was told.
What I need to know I guess do you think I could sell these for that? I really am trying to make these pipes work.

I spoke with Gary at CMI and asked him if they would work with the ones he sold and he said that they are the same flange. There are stock bravo outlets, they are a little cheaper than custom tailpipes. Retail $989.00 versus $839.00 forstock production. A lot of the maufactures that put in stock 454/502's that have merc exhaust, these will enterchange with them. So if sime one bought new CMI headers to replace there merc stuff these tailpipes would work just fine.

I bought 2 sets, one brand new std Bravo $150.00 the other custom, like new $200.00. There are different flanges on the E-Tops, I know, I made a $200 mistake...
