There I was at the Kilos on Thursday and approached the entrance to the wet pits/launch area.

As I approaced the orange webbing serving as a fence a guard stopped me and was going to direct me to another area.

I told him I was an APBA card carrying member. He looked at my shirt and stated... OH, ok I see the logo on your shirt and he lowerd the fence for me to enter the ramp area.

I was busting up on the way to the ramp since the logo he was looking at was in actually:...."Kerr's Wing House Racing Team"

Not many boats ran yesterday after we got there. A couple of inflatables was about it. The OL that was there, made a pass in one direction, but blew a transmission on the return leg.

Here is the only record setter for houseboats on Thursday with a crew. Record is unofficial cause craft was too heavy for scales..

Also part of it's AMF crew..

My camera did not pick up the long rooster tail due to the max speed of 8.922mph

AMF 51' # 13 ran 121 one way and broke down on return run. Suspected outdrive.

SLT ran one way, but broke down on return.

No other runs that I was aware of.
