Cord has a nice 26 Firehawk for sale... runs out to about 90 mph all day long. Single 540 with Bravo drive... around 650 hp. And it's real purty!!!

kchotboat has an htm that will be as close to new as you can get when he's done with it.
it was the founder of htm's personal boat at one time.

In my state boat trader a couple of Cougar 23's MTR's for sale. Two are outboards, so not sure if they fit into what you want. The one that looks the closest to the need, maybe! 1999 Cougar 23 MTR new boat just completed, Mercury Racing 542 Bulldog, XR Drive, CMI xhst, Vortech Supercharger, GPS speeds 110 mph on pump gas, new retails $124,000, sacrafice at $63,800.

It's slightly over your given price points, but most sellers will come down. Boat is in Oregon, not Washington (my state) and I have zero connections with the seller.
