they are great boats. very fast with stock 500 or 525s, 80-85mph respectively. there have been a couple that raced factory 1 over the last few years. they are proven on the race course and durable in the rough. both Typhoon race boats are for sale. 1995 white and 2003 black. i have also seen a couple used, for sale at pretty good prices.

I own a 2003 29'. Great boat well built and fast. Kirk the owner of the company deals with me directly whenever I had any questions and I have his personal cell phone number.
I can tell you point blank for the money you can't get much better. I have no problem running with the "big dogs" at 80 - 85 mph + in most conditions. I poker run alot and get many complements on the looks and performance. I have passed/ pissed off more than a few 36'+ v- bottoms
I am currently running a 675 hp blown 454 EFI. Boat's x dimension was too low due to stock bravo on ext. box. Boat ran 85 mph. I am installing a Teague plat. drive and expect 90+

I have to agree with you 100%. I also think Kirk builds a very good boat also. The 39 hull he has with some tweeking also would be one Kick Ass wave crusher.. Cut down that deck and I bet it would look awsome.
