Default 23 Manta

Anyone know about the Manta 23 ? it looks to me to be the same hull as the Pantera 24 I found one for sale that has a stainless marine bracket with a v8 OMC.
Thanks!

Is that a '7 beam? Looks like it could be related to a Banana which I believe has a 8' beam.

Thumbs up

Never seen a Manta before...

Banana has a 7'9" beam with a small cat-walk around deck. Also the hull has a raised ridge just below the gunnel.

I wonder how fast it goes with the V8?

Its the only one I have ever seen also. I don't know how fast it will go it still needs some work. It was setting in salt water and needs the bottom cleaned up. I am also going to remove the 25in mid and go to a 20 thinking of going to a porta bracket and removing the stainless marine one. What do you think?? What speed should I get out of it? Its a stock 300 powerhead now. Monty Racing is building a nice pump gas motor for me also.

It looks freakin awesome though...

I will let you know.

Did you buy that thing yet? I would, it looks really cool.

Good Luck.
