Default WTF is this?

Saw this guy on the road this morning...

The back lower half of the cab in this truck is wide open to the bed. I think the upper half may even unscrew to come off.
And the door? Notched out so that he can get in with opening I guess?

Look closer. The door is still there. He just cut out an access point....

It does look like an old K5, but looks like he took a later model cab and welded it on to give it a p/u appearance...What really gives it class is the frenched in plate on the tailgate

we use to take the old blazers with top removed the weld in a p/u cab and back panel makes it look like a stomper toy with big tires and shorter wheel base when done rgt they look awsome im guess this guy is not finished with his project
