Question How Many Boats Mfg Per Year?

Does anyone know how many boats powerquest makes a year? I have heard it is actually quite a low number, next to some like Baja.

Actually I thought PQ told us it was closer to 100-125 boats a year when I went through the factory in November. Which works out to 2 or 3 a week....

I think it depends on the year. I was told by PQ that is was 200ish to 225ish per year.

To get a tour, go to the factory.

When I bought my 260 4 years ago, we just stopped in at the Factory to check it out. Mandy told us that they were just about ready to quit for the day, but if we stopped back the next day she would be glad to show us around. We got a nice tour of the place. Mind you I bought a used one from a dealer in Holland, and they treated us like we just bought a new 38 At that time they just changed over to painting the graffics, and they said they were building about 180 boats a year.

I recommend calling ahead, we did not own a PQ at the time but did get treated like their best customer. Mandy showed us around and answered all of our questions.

I would recommend it if you get the chance. Get to see alot of the quality put in to the boats, its rather fascinating.

They were building a 300 revenge and a 320 sun when I was in there. Really cool stuff.
