Whats going on with the Flats ??? Whats the feeling down there .... Will they make a come back with this new proposed "revitalization" project ????

no come back would have been needed... but the powers that be killed the flats on purpose(lowering the land value) and now propose a "revitalization" plan to "better use" the area(with city county state and port authority money)

Man I miss the action that use to go on in the flats like the boats rafted off half way across the river at Shooters and ***ens. Also when some of the places actually were open and fun to go to. Hope it can make a come back.

I never really understood what happened there. I used to go to Cleveland a lot for business, I remember eating in some really nice waterfront places, and then crisscrossing the river by water taxi to shooters and some other bars, even midweek things were busy. Throw in a home game and the area was packed. I haven't been back in a long time but I guess from what I hear most everything is gone; is shooters or anything still open?
