We have several banks that are currently as low as 5.75% fixed for loan amounts over $100,000, 20 year terms. Keep in mind though that many banks don't have an appetite for performance boats and it is very possible that the most competitive rate may be 6.25% fixed. Actually, at $50,000 to $99,999 you should be able to get 6.49%.

i got 7.49 for 20 for a used boat under 50k

I just got 6.99% with 1st Commerical of America 15yr note, easy no problems.
