LEOPA puts on great poker runs, and you always get MORE than you pay for, this sure sounds like a great example. Reworked engines are just being installed hopefully they will be in by this weekend and if all goes well we can do the run. If the boat is not ready maybe we will just come out for the pig roast
.
If you boat anywhere near Toledo/Detroit/the Islands check out the LEOPA web site they have a lot of good weekends planned for the summer

I splashed my boat and it had a leak.
I pulled it to Brenners. They will have it for probably a week.
I know that route by heart and it is also on my handheld GPS.
(I can picture the track in my mind. Wide out from Woodtick. Split the difference between Bay Point and the channel. Head close (but not too close to Turtle Island but stay on the west side.)Pass about 150 feet west of the Island. Stay closer to the channel at first, but then get closer to Detroit Edison, but not too close. I like to hit the second Monroe Channel bouy, and turn into the river raisin channel, rather than get too close to the plant.
Maybe I can beg a ride with you and navigate?
