Jones Beach Air Show Long Island. Whos going?
If the weather doesn't suck and I get my tailpipes from CMI, I will be in Zachs bay. Anyone else going? Here is a link for the show. Last year was great, especially when the ThunderBirds out on their show.

Thanks for the link. I HAD planned to anchor in Zachs bay for the weekend, but the weather looks likely to blow that plan apart.

CM454....what day will you be there? I am in the same situation...I am waiting for new throttles to come in...hopefully today....if they do and it does't rain I will be there on Sunday. Hey, this weekend is looking better! 20% chance of rain on Sunday means I am likely to overnight in Zachs bay Saturday night, maybe Friday as well. Is it OK to tie overnight to one of the poles? I am guessing a raft up off the poles is a big no no.

If I get the parts, I will be going whatever day the weather looks better. I will keep you posted. Keep an eye out for me. Here is my boat. I have seen a few pics of yours. I can pick you out of a crowd easily.

dammit, I never knew there was an air show at Jones beach. The boat will be done tonight, but I need to put some hours on the engines to break them in before hittin the sound. My friend lives in New Hyde park so maybe we'll go on foot.
