Found a guy on Ebay claiming to have a Scarab I (21 Footer) that was used on the show. I ( probably like most poeple here) watched the show every week and I dont remember them using a Scarab I in any episode. Is my CRS kicking in again? Was it used in the show? here is the link

I never saw a 21 in the show. Yeah, that would be very cool. Crokett pulling up to the dock in his Ferrari and getting in his 21' boat.

No, those are not mailbox letters, they are custom. Just like everything else on the boat. They are "custom manufactured high performance Miami Vice offical severe duty stunt lettters". They just happen to look like mailbox letters to go with the "undercover" theme. Tubbs & Crockett put them on.

12 Miami Vice Scarabs where built as "Don Johnson" signature series.Not all are 38 KV's. They built 30's as well. All had the three tone paint and interior. Very 80's!

I think it was used at Universal Studios in Florida for the Miami Vice stunt show.
