Hmmmm VERY INTERESTING! I wonder if the prior owner will own up to reality!? Somehow...I think NOT! He'll probably be cruising around in whatever new toy he has been able to swindle. Just like the 2 he rode around on all winter.

A local marina owner came up to me during our run last week asking me if Heath would be around for the run. When I asked why, The Marina owner said that Heath had burned him for $2500.00.and would like to talk to him.

Im sorry, but Ive now heard to many negative stories about this guy. I thought he was a friend of ours, but it turns out he is nothing but a phony and a scam artist. I wonder why the Marshalls got involved ?? Do they usually handle the standard repo ?? Or is there alot more to the story line here ??

Probably some tax issues at the least. If anyone knows how I can get in touch with hes people please let me know. I woud love to see if I can get in on the auction.

Only if there is something illegal about the financing. Has to be more than a simply repo, that's not illegal.
