Is there any way to find the lein holder or owner based on the HIN #'s? Theres no registration #'s on the side, and its not coast guard documented. I've had a US marshall run the #'s and he comes up with nothing. I've been told that the owner went to prison and the boat was being reposessed, but it has been sitting for 3 years. Any suggestions?

Try to borrow money on it ....title search will dig up anyone who lays claim to it.
