This was cruising at Havazoo last weekend, guy claims it will to 130mph...

The story behind it was it was going to be used in the new Star Wars movie but then they realized there was no water in the movie.

Maybe - it looks like it might be some type of surface effect craft. If so, I could see it hitting those types of speeds, as those things are closer to low-flying airplanes than planing boats.
