Happy Birthday Spark. Yes, he's hard to get a hold of if you try by phone, much easier to just stop at the shop, can be tough if you live in AZ though.

Thanks guys! I am feel'in old too. Just made a deal on a marina with a bar! I think I will be taking over the marina before fall and putting up a state of the art 20,000 square foot rigging and repair center and moving my repair bussiness out of the new boat manufacturing facility. The marina has 72 wells and transit wells with a shower house for weekend travelers.
