I have a couple questions about things I'm not used to dealing with.

-My bravos have low water pick-ups in the front "cone" of the drive. Where can I get the attachment to run these on a hose (Trick maybe?)
-With twins, I seem to have trouble with the trim and tabs. Could the 2 drives or tabs be moving at different speeds up and/ or down? Seems I'm always making adjustments and can't quite get it right.
-I've heard I should run a little tab and then add a little extra trim to counter that tab, but that doesn't seem to provide any extra speed. Is there an advantage to this or am I just not doing it right?

What type of nose cone? You will have to get the proper flush boot to fit the nose cone you have, that will decide where you go to buy it. Trick Marine is always a good starting point.

Most trim pumps do work at different speeds, you are going to have to use your gauges to match them.

I believe your running a formula but Im not possitive. Id check to see what other guy's are doing with the same boat as yours. I would still only use their input as a reference. You need to feel how the boat reacts to different settings to find your hulls sweet spot. If your going for top end and the hull doesnt have porpoise or chine walk issues, I dont think you will be running any tabs.

It's a 312 fastech. They are factory B1's with the intake at the front of the "cone", not anything aftermarket. (I'm used to the intake grate above the prop shaft that the old 2 sided muffs fit over.)

I haven't had it long, but have managed to find the spot it will porpoise and made it chinewalk once. Luckily I grew up with bassboats and didn't panic when it started to wobble on me.

Mercury makes a cone type adapter that will fit over the intakes on your drive. Fred at Trick has always treated me well so I would recommend trying him first.

Running smaller, lighter boats I think gives a clear advantage as to how a boat should "feel" when aired out properly.

Do you have Tab and Drive Indicators ?? Should tell you where everythings at while your adjusting.
